Every Mind Matters is an evidence-based tool from the NHS that shows people how to build simple changes into their daily lives – such as reframing unhelpful thoughts, breathing exercises and increasing physical activity. Mind in Bradford including Guide-Line

Guide-Line via Mind in Bradford is a helpline providing confidential mental health support and information to people who live in Bradford, Airedale and Craven. They are open 7 days a week, 12 midday to 12 midnight.

Mind in Bradford have a translation service that can provide support in over 100 languages, and support workers who speak Urdu, Arabic, Polish and Punjabi.

Sharing Voices

Sharing Voices delivers a range of services for individuals from black and ethnic minority communities dealing with mental distress. Services include 1-1 support, home visits, group sessions, working with young people and older people with dementia.

A referral is required and can be found on the sharing voices website. You can self-refer or can be referred by a professional.

QWELL

Online and text support. A safe and confidential space for those age 18 and over to share thoughts and feelings and get support from qualified professionals.

Calm Harm app

Calm Harm is an award-winning mobile app (available for both Apple and Android devices) funded by teenage mental health charity stem4 that can help you manage the urge to self-harm. It provides some immediate activities and techniques to help you break the cycle of self-harm behaviour and explore underlying trigger factors, helping you build a 'safety net' of helpful thoughts, behaviours, and access to supportive people, as well as providing the opportunity to journal and self-reflect.

The Calm Harm app can also signpost to help where needed. It's available to young people aged 13+.
