VCS Wellbeing network and hubs

The Wellbeing Network (WBN) has three hubs: Bradford West, South, and East. These Wellbeing hubs can provide support with:

  • Mental Wellbeing
  • Welfare Benefits i.e housing, universal credit, unemployment and budgeting
  • Loneliness / Isolation

How to refer someone

Referrals to the Hubs can be made by:

  • Community members can phone or email the Hub Coordinator most convenient to them for more information - contact details are below.
  • For professional referrals, our System Access Point (SAP) is available at www.wellbeingnetwork.org.uk/professionals - this page is set up so that it takes one click to contact our SAP coordinators, The Bridge Project
  • Alternatively, professionals can write their own email to The Bridge Project by emailing wbn@thebridgeproject.org.uk  or can phone on 01274 265222.

Referral Criteria:

  • All ages, but children (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult
  • People registered with GP practices in the Bradford District and Craven footprint
  • If unregistered, living within the local authority boundaries of City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council and Craven District Council.
  • People with mild/ moderate physical/ mental health needs
