Helpful Resources

Let's get Talking Bradford!

We want all our district’s children to have the best start in life possible.

We want to ensure that every child aged 0-5 in the Bradford district with speech, language and communication (SLC) needs is supported at the right time, in the right place, by the right people.

Can you help spread the word about the campaign?

On this page you will find helpful resources to promote the Talking Bradford guide to parents and carers.

Please consider the needs of different communities and have accessible formats available.

Working in partnership for the Bradford district

The Talking Bradford guide and campaign has been developed by a task and finish group using insight from co-production and engagement activities with parents and carers in the Bradford district and the Family Hubs and Start for Life programme

The group includes colleagues in speech and language therapy, early years and communications teams at Bradford Council, Bradford NHS providers, Better Start Bradford, and FYI Bradford Children and Young People’s Information Service along with the design expertise of PPL: People Places Lives.

With thanks to all involved.
