Here’s what other parents/carers said after attending the workshops:
Parent:
The workshop information was really good and I feel I know so much more about weaning my baby now. Before the workshop I had tried to introduce solids but I felt so anxious and nervous about doing it and my baby got upset and wouldn't eat anything. Straight after the workshop I tried my baby with some avocado and he really enjoyed it. I think it was because I was feeling more confident, especially as I now knew about how he should be chewing and the gag reflex. I felt more relaxed and this helped my baby with his first experience of food
Parent:
It gave me the confidence to try different foods because HENRY homed in on the message that even if your baby doesn't like it the first time around, try, try, try again.
Parent:
The perfect support at exactly the right moment
