Your mental health should always come first 

Looking after your own wellbeing at work is so important. We understand that having conversations about mental health at work can feel daunting, but breaking down the stigma is vital to creating a healthy and positive work environment. We have compiled a list of resources below to support you to manage your own wellbeing, and take steps towards improving workplace culture around mental health.

You can phone the West Yorkshire 24-hour mental health helpline, free, on 0800 183 0558. It provides confidential support, advice and information to anyone over 18 who is concerned about their mental health or worried about a family member or someone they care for.
