Story time at Ilkley Library

10-10.45 every Thursday, term time only

Most of the district's libraries run regular free story or rhyme times. Our story times include a craft activity related to one of the day's stories.

These sessions are a great way to introduce young children to libraries. They can join and take out books on their own library card, and they can become members of the Bookstart Bear Club.

But mostly, these sessions are fun! Parents, carers and young children have an opportunity to socialise before and after every session.

NB - this is a term-time only event - please ignore any dates in school holidays. Other libraries run story/rhyme sessions in school holidays - please use our What's On guide to check.
