Clic is a safe online community here to support everyone with their mental health. Share your thoughts and experiences and get mutual support from others who understand.

Clic offers comprehensive mental health resources, advice and information for you to use and share, as well as a mood tracker to help you identify, understand and manage your moods.

We want Clic to be a safe space for people to come and speak openly about the things which matter to them. To keep Clic safe, we have a team of trained mental health experts from our Welsh founding charity, Adferiad, employed as moderators. They check the site’s content regularly, 24 hours a day, to remove content deemed inappropriate. Moderators also have an important role to play in supporting users who they believe are at immediate risk to themselves or others.

There are also numerous Clic communities connecting people on specific areas such as our Parenting Hub - this is a community of parents and carers who connect with others to share information and advice to support their children’s mental health.
