Programme Objectives
- Rehabilitation and Reintegration: Help youths reintegrate into society and reduce reoffending.
- Behavioural Improvement: Address and improve behavioural issues through targeted
- interventions.
- Skill Development: Equip youths with life skills, effects of negative behaviours and peers.
- Support Network: Provide a robust support system involving family, community, and professionals.
Target Groups
Youths aged 14-18 with any form of behavioural issues.- Youths in contact with the criminal justice system.
- Family members can also benefit from this service as support system for all attached to the
- service users.
Key Components
Assessment and Individualized Plans- Initial Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each youth’s needs.
- Personalized Plans: Develop tailored intervention plans based on assessment results which is
- person centred.
- Family Support: Involve families in support to address home environment issues.
- Mentorship Programs: Pair youths with mentors who can provide guidance and support.
- Community Engagement
- Community Service: Encourage participation in community activities and projects.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and businesses for resources and
- opportunities.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Regular Monitoring: Track progress through regular check-ins and assessments.
- Feedback Mechanisms: Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the program.
