CAMHS - Specialist Early Attachment and Development Service (SEAD)

Support infants and children (aged 0-6 years) and their families who are experiencing significant mental health and relationship issues, possibly in combination with behavioural problems and developmental concerns.

Offers a comprehensive specialist assessment, collaborative working and theraputic evidence-based interventions to support children and their parents who have experienced complex trauma/significant adversity with a focus on strengthening the parent-child relationship and nurturing child development through early childhood, adopting a holistic and developmental perspective in their approach.

Context may include issues with parental and/or family psychology, and/or issues or risks of child maltreatment.

Referrals are accepted from health professionals and social workers.  Accepts referrals from the whole Bradford District area with focused recruitment from RIC localities (PCN 4,5,6 - postcodes BD1-9 exc. BD4 and BD6)
