Body Image Coach Programme

Our 6-week online intervention is designed to promote positive body image and support early mental health challenges related to self-perception. Participants receive workshops via email, which they can access flexibly within 24–48 hours. Each participant can also engage in interactive group sessions with a trained body image coach, as well as 1-1 coaching sessions.

The programme supports young people experiencing:

  • Eating disorders
  • Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD)
  • Muscle dysmorphia
  • OCD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders related to body image

No formal diagnosis is required, and the programme complements NHS/CAMHS care pathways as we are not a clinical service.
