Newlands Furniture Service

Newlands Furniture Service helps the Bradford community by running a food bank and supplying furniture and household items at affordable cost.

The furniture outlet recycles good quality furniture and household items, helping over 8000 residents/families each year. The service is a not for profit organisation and registered charity that currently has outlets within the Thorpe Edge area (BD10). Homeless start-up packs including bed, sofa, wardrobe, drawers and TV cabinet are a specialty.

Food for Life is a community food hub providing food and essentials to local people struggling to make ends meet. Anyone in receipt of benefits/pensions can become a member; this gives access to a 'community pantry' where members pay £1.50 per visit (additional donations welcome if affordable) and receive a number of items according to the size of their household.

We welcome donations and can collect.  We also offer a professional and sympathetic house clearance service
