You’ll find books for all tastes, DVDs, computers, newspapers and internet access. Listen to a story with the children and sing some nursery rhymes, or just sit and relax in the garden or the extension.  We have:

  • Disabled access
  • Community garden
  • Photocopier
  • Reference collection
  • Local history
  • Daily newspapers
  • Asian language books
  • Council information
  • Audio books
  • Free Internet access
  • Wi-Fi zone
  • Microsoft Office
  • Meeting room available

Rhyme time and story time - a great way to introduce young children to libraries. They can join and take out books on their own library card, and they can become members of the Bookstart Bear Club. These sessions are fun! Parents, carers and young children have an opportunity to socialise before and after every session.

On Sundays we have colouring sessions.  Please check our website and Facebook site to find out more!
