Forget Me Not Children's Hospice and related services

About us

We care for babies, children and young people up to 21 years of age who have life-shortening and life-threatening conditions, their families and families whose child has died, across West Yorkshire.

Our team is made up of highly trained nurses, midwife, advanced clinical practitioners, physiotherapist, doctors, play specialists, therapists, social worker, family support workers, sibling support worker, bereavement support practitioners and counsellors – all working to provide the right care at the right time, tailored to each family’s individual needs.

Our purpose-built children’s hospice, Russell House, is a light, bright and colourful place with children’s and family bedrooms, play areas, good food and lots of support. The building is fully accessible with activities to meet a whole range of abilities – it’s a place the whole family can enjoy. And we also support families in their own homes and in hospital too.
