We have been a foundation of relationship support in our local community for over 70 years. We deliver high quality mental health, counselling and psychotherapy services to adult couples, individuals, families and young people at their time of need. 

Relationship counselling can strengthen connections, improve communication, resolve conflict and rebuild trust. Relationship Therapy North offers a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings to help untangle confusion, restore communication and explore options for change.

We provide a range of therapeutic services, that can be delivered face to face at our offices in West Yorkshire and across our outpost venues in Cumbria and Lancashire, or by video and telephone.
