We are early intervention, person-centred support for young people with Social, emotional and mental health issues.

We work closely with schools and with communities.  Our work in schools supports early help for 9 to 13 year old children.

We also support families of SEN children/young people 9 to 18.

The project focuses on:
• Early intervention and prevention
• Care for the vulnerable
• Working systematically to ensure a whole family approach.
The project aims to reach children directly in their schools. The project offers solution focused support around social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) via delivery of the Nurture Group Programme within schools. The project aims to promote emotional well-being, build resilience, and provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions, available as soon as they need to access support. With the purpose of supporting to schools by:
• Providing early Intervention and SEMH support for young people aged 9-13 and their families in the community
• Providing support and training to school staff
• Running drop-in sessions for young people and parents within schools
• Developing PSHE-illustrated stories for the education curriculum.
