Khushboo Self Help/Wellbeing Group

Supporting South Asian elderly socially isolated 50+Ladies welcomed to our comfortable ,safe supportive group. We offer varied exercises, art and craft, information and companionship. Talks from health professionals, benefit advice,debt advice and Carers Resource. We also have projects with independant funding, healthy eating, basic computer skills; celebrate special days and events i.e: international ladies day,coronation,Christmas, eid & diwali.

The group is a family, we support and celebrate together.
