The PGMT offers cash grants (bursaries) to deaf and hearing-impaired students who are permanent residents of the United Kingdom and who:

have an offer of a place or,
have secured a place or,
are already studying on a course or activity...

...in Secondary, Higher or Further education (or training) in the United Kingdom.
