Circle of Security Groups are designed to give parents ‘a map’ for understanding and responding to their children’s emotional needs. We know that some parents struggle to build a consistent, warm and loving relationship with their baby. Circle of Security aims to help parents to promote healthy attachment relationships early in life.

The groups meet for eight sessions, once a week.  Courses start in January, May and September and are held in a children's centre in BD3 or BD5.

The Circle of Security parenting group is open to mums, dads and carers living in any part of the district who are struggling in their relationship with their child aged 4 months to 2 years old.
