Includes One to one support in the evenings. 3 sessions with a Wellbeing Practitioner over the phone to discuss your or a family members mental health and emotional wellbeing, get advice, support and helpful information. Can be a one off session, or up to 3 sessions.

- Explore our groups and 1:1 support for children and young people aged 5-25
- Book up to three appointments with a Mind Recovery Worker with your local GP
- Or simply drop-in for a chat at one of your local Tea ‘n’ Talk events
