Head Heart Holme

Head Heart Holme is a free confidential service designed by women for women ran by a professional creative therapist, providing support to parents who are experiencing mental health difficulties. The space is a non judgemental environment where you will always feel supported.

We offer 1-1 and small group sessions weekly. The group sessions will be a small therapeutically considered group (with a max of 8 people in the group). We will be focusing on promoting mental health and well being, and providing some additional support to help you navigate parenting a child with mental health difficulties.

The 1 - 1 sessions will be formal therapy, this will give you the opportunity to seek more direct support for yout mental health in a private and confidential space.
