Joint Activities and Motor Education Service (JAMES) Project

JAMES is a charity and Independent School that supports young people and families.

Our school and alternative provision supports young people that are struggling in mainstream education and we offer an individualised package to meet their needs. This consists of motor vehicle workshops and accreditation, our canal boats, Princes Trust and a full classroom curriculum as well as enrichment sessions and activities.

Our families work provides key workers to work with families in the home to address varied needs that families are facing around worklessness, anti-social behaviour, school attendance and health needs. We also offer various projects such as go-karts sessions, Positive Futures, crime prevention, sports sessions, summer holiday activities, domestic violence prevention etc.

We also provide volunteering opportunities - email for further details.
